I am a unemployed Electrician and i have recently exausted my unemployment with South Carolina .They say i need to File a Interstate Claim.
My question is if anyone can shed a light on this?
How does one File a Interstate form for a state other than there own?
I was told to get my unemployment filed thru Indiana sine i had worked there for a stretch of time.(and what is the minimum for qualifying for this?) Is there anyone currently doing this ?

WELL, I got a-hold of the great folks in Indiana job service and
Went to there website and completed the Intrastate-claim successfully.
It was really easier that i had imagined.Hardest thing to remember was when i filled out the online forms was remembering the dates of employment from start to finish.
If you all are planning to do as i have done? make sure you have your dates of employment from start to finish , also who and what state it took place.
It (the online forms) are very specific on the dates.what should of took me 20 minutes , took me 45 to complete.
so do your homework to make it easier on yourself and get the dates first. I reccomend if you don't have exact dates? contact former employer so your claim will be smoother and more pleasant . |

You have some issues don't you, I think your wife must have left you for another woman and your kids all turned gay and moved to San Fransisyco. I guess,I will just have to contact Local Job service again!
Hopefully , i can get a competent worker to help me get thru this debacle of the great world of receiving unemployment compensation since there are absolutly no jobs where i am.

So, you are drawing unemployment too. And you get on my ass for doing the same thing.I have been working the biggest part of my life, raised a good family, got a nice home, and get to spend time with my family and friends,. If that makes me a loser, then so be it.And you talk about having friends anfd family, I doubt very seriously that your family cares about you as much as you think. And friends? I really dont think the two old winos that come over to drink your booze are your friends. And I bet you are the hero in every story you ever told. You are the only one who holds you in high opinion.

I never said I was retired, I said soon, like 4 more years lamo, can't draw on my retirement till I'm 58, nothing wrong with drawing unemployment, I work 8 or 9 months of 6 or 7 days every year then draw a few months, I found if I work any more than that the government takes it all and gives it to you beggar boy. Go take a bath, I can smell your stinky azz from here. You not paying attention is not me being a liar, it's you being your normal looser.

To bad they wouldn't let you file it online, I'm drawing combined but from IA and they let me do the whole thing online, guess it depends on the state.

The state that is paying our UI is NOT the last state my husband worked in it was however the state that pays the most.. we didn't have to file our UI claim in the the last state that he worked in.. we got the option to pick the state we wanted to file against. And we could not file it online because it was a combined state wage claim.. but now that the claim has been opened and approved we can do his weekly claim online.... |
