hey raf39 how did you like working for riesa construction, I worked for those cheap azzholes yrs ago at a cargill inc in memphis tn. what a bunch of idiots they lost the contract on that job because they were unorganized and they couldnt man up the job because of low wages there for cargill got someone else.

F...K off im bipolar, there for I have a reason for being a cranky A..hole

Bad equipment,foreman sits in his truck on the cell phone working on personal business, sometimes you don't see him all day, If you need something your on your own, no tools to work with, you need tools you have to have your own they don't supply not even a safety vest. paying fitters 24/70 just cut everyone's wages by 4 dollars, what can I say great company

lol my thoughts exactly and the owner is a real dick to he acts like you need to be paying him for leting you work. what a joke.

Where at and what's the pay.

Owner got 3 airplanes and we have to use a manlift that has a flat tire. Then they get pissed off because the flat tire when into a hole and almost flipped with 2 employees inside 30 feet up in the air. We also had to turn the fan by hand on the motor on one manlift just to get it to start. I think if ADM knew what unsafe equipment they make their employees use they would have something to say. OHSA would have a field day with them.
