Work Performed:
Sets up, adjusts and operates spot or seam welding machines. Checks and adjusts the setting of the machine to obtain the highest quality. Adjusts pressure, current setting, and chooses tips taking into consideration shape, size, thickness, and type of metal. Works from operation sheets and drawings and sets up and adjusts welding machine.
Tools and Equipment Used:
Various types of seam and spot welding machines and all equipment necessary for set ups, testing, and adjustments.
Experience and Other Requirements: Two years related experience.
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
