Combo welder looking for work in houston texas and or surrounding area.

Does anyone know any projects hiring crafts with a felony conviction.

This is getting to be absolutely ridiculous everybody and their brother are doing background checks now. I understand their point of view although everyone with a felony is not necessarily a bad candidate for employment. Should a person with a conviction of credit card abuse be excluded or, DWI, or, writing a bad check, or domestic violence.

If anyone knows of any company's that hire on a case by case or hire people with felonies please let me know.

Thank You for your time and consideration.
